I have fixed it after trying everything what I have found in the internet. Go to your install folder. Rightclick on the FarCry 3 exe. Choose propartys > Set compatibility to Win 98 / Windows Me (Im not jocking). You not have to run it as a admin. Make a shortcut of the Far Cry 3 on your desktop. Start it and have fun playing. When you're answering phone calls, half the time audio doesn't play, usually after you've been playing for a while. If you quick save then quit to desktop, load up the game and the save again, the audio will play fine. But after a while, again the glitch will occur.
