Palma is definitely a city not to be missed. This is only my opinion but if it were me I think I would stay on a bit longer in the Soller area and take two or three trips into Palma. It's only 35 minutes by the express bus and you can then pick and choose when you visit Palma. If you have a cloudy day this could be a good time to make the trip.
