I need this too… The keys are a pain in the ass to deal with. I’m having trouble setting it up so that all controller keys do not toggle the menu. But i think we can’t do it cuz a key calls for a function and the menus are triggered by a call to function (keyboard) and it’s their equal on controller that reacts to it too… In GTA Online or Singleplayer i have no problem with this, i can just emulate the controller using X360CE. But in fiveM, i cant find a solution. I tried drivers, i tried emulators (that apparently dont even see my controller) but nothing works. I have DS4Windows and it detects my controller. X360CE detects my controller.
In order for this to work, you will need to create a usermaps\resources\[resource-name] directory from your FiveM main folder, where [resource-name] can be hello-world, i.e. path\to\fivem\FiveM.app\usermaps\resources\hello-world.
